Its killing you now, August just finished?
The air is a lovely comforting temp at the moment, perfect for cycling but perhaps a little windy. Even during the past windy/cool/cloudy days Ive been in shorts & tee.
If your hurting now, February is going to destroy you.

Have you tried not breathing?

Let me rephrase my question.
The cold windy air going deep down in to my lungs is making the insides hurt.
I just cycled through some hardcore gusts of wind. Which is only a 15 minute ride, MAX.The temp is fine, it's just the wind. Gah.
Tried not breathing? Madman!
