  • I'd buy that if it came as a frame and fork.

  • is the new trend to make adult bikes look like childrens toys?

the only way that could be ridden is in a romper suit.

  • what is "wrong!" with it..?

looks like decent trick-bike geometry, made of reasonable components...and certainly looks tough, the above is not the only colour-way.

  • ^Which shop is that? Spam Bikes?

  • Awful, SE racing should be ashamed of themselves, the 26 inch cruiser was kinda nice, but this just doesn't work as a 700C machine at all.

  • We will be stocking these in our shop soon.

F+F only or does it have to come with all those shitty bits?

  • Awful, SE racing should be ashamed of themselves, the 26 inch cruiser was kinda nice, but this just doesn't work as a 700C machine at all.

    explain

  • oscc

  • Open Skies Consultative Commission

  • I like it and would be interested in one if i was into tricks. Do most people hate it because they see it as butchering the memory of an epic old school rider? or selling out? Fixed tricks is only going to get more popular so why not.

    EVOLUTION

  • Awful, SE racing should be ashamed of themselves, the 26 inch cruiser was kinda nice, but this just doesn't work as a 700C machine at all.

    Seconded.

What else is wrong: Heavy forks (even for tricks), graphics / colour shceme, alu frame (looptails should be steel!) The cranks are decent on it though.

SE racing as a company are just a bunch of has beens, selling frames that basically the same as they were 20 years ago to people wanting a nostagia kick.

  • I hate the aesthetics of it, it looks like a bmx gone wrong, they tried to re-create the feel of the original PK Rippers, but this doesn't look right outside of BMX/cruiser geometry in my opinion, and frankly just makes my stomach turn.
I'm sure mechanically it will be of good quality, but I can't stand the look, it just screams of desperation at trying to fit into the current trends, yet by the same token demonstrating they are completely out of touch with said trends.

  • ah aluminium... eeek

  • Aluminium is by far the best material for building frames out of.

  • but not so good for a truck driver down a stair set?

  • I like it and would be interested in one if i was into tricks. Do most people hate it because they see it as butchering the memory of an epic old school rider? or selling out? Fixed tricks is only going to get more popular so why not.

    EVOLUTION

This is not **EVOLUTION, **See the Brooklyn Element, 14's new Frameset, Charge Scissor, Milwaukee Bruiser etc etc, if you want to see evolution in fixed trick bikes.
This is more of a devolution in that respect, it will fail.

  • but not so good for a truck driver down a stair set?

Very good for this purpose actually, the frame will snap on impact and absorb the majority of the gravity related forces.

  • the same bike:

  • This has been pointed out before: devolution is not the opposite of evolution.

  • It's not? Awww shit.

  • I'll tell you what else is wrong. Having the central heating on in the summer, it just not right!

  • if this was real... would it be wrong to want one? :

  • I'll tell you what else is wrong. Having the central heating on in the summer, it just not right!

    ha!
