Wow, I was looking into those gigantex rims a couple of days ago. £150 for a 50mm carbon rim seemed like a nice price. I figured they were cheap as they did'nt spend money on marketing, and because ordering direct cuts out the middle man etc etc.

Before you all rush out and buy Zipp and think of Gigantex etc. as mere copycats, read some of the comments below the article.

yeh, i read the comments - never getting zip hubs. ..

I was surprised to read that people buy these wheels for Aero benefits, as well as for bike bling.

Fact: The least aero part a bike+cyclist is the cyclist.
Solution: Add aero shaping and dimples to the cyclist, possibly through use of dimpled duct tape.
