CV is in but I don't have female partner to race with, anyone fancy it?
ps. if you subscribe to left wing politics, please don't take any notice of my username. I used it on another forum where I wanted to do some mild trolling, I thought it would get a good reaction (as it has done here)
Being fairly unimaginative, I used it here as I never intended to post for long.
pps. Not that you should have to explain your political views (within reason)

I am looking for a racing partner and i don't think BMMF-in-a-wig will pass muster, so I would prefer a genuine woman. If any fast females would like to race with me, please say so :) i'm pretty fast.
illy and stelle are going to kill this one though, surely.

Taken from Wiki - infomation could be wrong or right!
Roller Racing
Rollers may also be used for roller races (goldsprints). Two bikes are placed on rollers side by side, the rollers are connected to a large clock with two hands. Each hand represents the progress being made by one of the two cyclists and the first cyclist to get their hand to go all the way around the clock (representing 500m) wins the race. Roller racing was popular in 1950s Britain, often preceding films at the cinema or taking place in between dances at dance halls. [6] Roller racing still takes place in Britain today with London's bicycle messenger community organising events going under the name of Rollapaluza. [7]

Fast Eddy and Rachel?

People's roller racing prowess may have been affected by concentrating on other disciplines; and not necessarily for the better.
And you just know Fast Eddy (Eddie?) and Rachel will get some training in...
@kattiep - how fast can you pedal a bike that has minimal resistance for 20-25 seconds? If you can average a cadence in excess of 200rpm, you're fast.

I've definitely seen tika, diapo, and GinaG all pedal furiously. Not sure if The Bendix is a spinner or a masher...?
