Wanted: 21yo looking for friendly houseshare/rent, zones 1-3

I’m a 21 year-old literature student looking for a friendly, creative house, or flat-share, pref. in north or east London. I’d like to live with a group of people in their 20s or 30s who are sociable, friendly and approachable; hopefully some that share similar passions for cycling, music, art - and like to have a good time.

Me: Simon, 21 year-old English male. I can be pretty busy in the week so enjoy the time I have spare in evenings and weekends. I like to do many things from the usual socializing, going on rides, eating out, going to the pub. Like my own personal space - never intentionally invade others.

Room-wise I’m pretty content with any sized room, not picky. The property should have wireless broadband access...

Starting my second year as a literature and philosophy graduate in north London in October so hoping to move in September/early October.

Only know a handful of cyclists in London, eager to meet more and get into some regular rides - if you know any friends offering a room or two please let me know, I'm happy to call whoever.

If you are opposed to cleaning rotas then there is a spot in my flat (the other two like rotas). Its not exactly the most socialable flat. 2 loosers, me and the room thats up for rent. Its next to Mile End tube. I think its £115ish PCM and includes bills, tax and internet and tv licence. Good sized double room. PM me if you might be interested.
