Wanted: 27" tyre, or maybe wheel swap

I bought a 27" wheel advertised as a 700c

I tried to stretch a 700c tyre on, but it just wasn't happening

it'd be shame to just sell it on, it's VERY SHINY you see, so if anyone has a 27" tyre I could buy off them, that would be awesome

or maybe if you want I could swap it for an equally shiny 700c wheel if you have one and want a 27", they don't seem to be too common

It's a Super Champion with a Shimano hub, though I might be up for just swapping rims
