try 700c wheels. more common. then find deep brakes to suit for the slightly smaller diameter.
27" is ol'skool :D

if you're asking for complete wheels then holes dont really matter.
only if you're building the wheel by buying your own rims / hubs etc. then the no holes in the rim need to match no of holes in hub.
