Wait for the sales at the end of the summer; go to Evans and get some specialed pro MTB shoes or go on wiggle at the moment they're selling sidi off fairly cheap!
£90 is a fairly decent budget if you're patient.

@SP - i can hardly justify £150 seeing as im 15 and i will grow out of them . . . hence why im asking for under £100 shoes
@harvey - no there not, im commuting 10 miles a day and on top going for a ride on the weekends. with flats i get pain in ankle and center of foot, i think i know whats best for me, its my choice where to spend cash :@
oh fucking hell i can see where this threads going, better go start a new thread for serious responses actually i might as well head over to bike radar -

Shimano M182 on CRC at under 90 (just). Awesome shoe for my foot, fit like a glove(?). Have given them 2 seasons of mountain biking and commuting and they are only just starting to show wear. I would happily buy them again.

If you're spending £90 or £100 on shoes you may aswell just get Sidi's - Wiggle do them for like £125.
If you are certain you're still growing just get a half size too big and if you don't grow into them use an insole or something.
I'm pretty sure I've still got the same size feet as I did when I was your age.

I like the Pearl Izumi MTB shoes. Been using them crank brothers clipless eggbeaters. with Fit is closer to trainers than road shoes, and you can walk in them on the street without the clickety-clack..

What is the best shoe for a completely different activity for the one I want to do.
I intend to start a thread called, "what is the best welly for breakdancing".
Shimano RT51 are a road shoe for £50 that look like they will do fine for road and MTB in all seriousness.

Cough 110% over budget cough but in all seriousness :O fooking gorgeous !
OK, i think we need to have a discussion about cheap-ish mtb shoes for road cycling, my old pair which have lasted me for abotu 2 years have now got so many holes in them, but the main reason why i am replacing them is the fact that the sole is very bendy thus i get really bad hot spots
so under £90 whats a good shoe?
