Vuelta might be interesting this year as some of the biggest riders (Bertie, sastre, leipheimer etc) aren't riding it. I reckon Egoi Martinez might have a chance at KOTM if he's not too tired from the tour. It's all quite open. Vino to win?

To be fair, Leipheimer did come second in last year's Vuelta, that's why i added him.

I hope Vino wins. It'd be a bit of drama.
