Wanted: Removal Boxes

Greasy and I have to move and would be grateful to anyone who has any of the folding cardboard boxes the removal guys use.

We've go some for ya... You'll need to come get them pronto tho' (before Wednesday preferably), we need the space back...

you might be able to get some from Seriously wolf as well - we just moved him.

I have a load of those stackable crates used for transporting groceries if thats any good? personally found them better for moving as they werent too awkward or heavy. I have to check if they're still in the basement though.

I dont have any boxes, but if you guys need help with moving let me know.

freecycle is a good place to get packing boxes, i've found.

TBTRN - its for short term storage (2-3 months) would that work?

Two wardrobe boxes and two bike boxes

I won't be at the pub tonight, but you're very welcome to pop over for them... We're out of packing tape, so you'll probably need a car cuz they'll be a bit unwieldy... Not sure how many we have but there'll be at least 10 or so...

if you goto a suitably sized sainsburys and ask nicely, they may give you the vegetable packing cases. worked for me. as they can be dropped back off with anyy sainsburys.

Yeah, record stores, HMV + Fopp are good for that, all the boxes are decent sized, but strong enough to take plenty of weight.

there are a few computer guys on here. maybe they have pc and laptop boxes in there office.

last time we moved we spoke to the veg sellers on Dalston market, they had plenty sturdy boxes to give away

I think Argos sell the boxes, although freebies are far better.

most big retailers would let you take boxes away, saves on their aviva bill.

I have a cricket box, and valuable crown jewels to put it over........... ;-)))))))
