What would it be like...

With a gear ratio of 34t on the front and 16 on the rear? has anyone else got this set up?

i have an rd with 48t at the moment but i also have a middleburn pro trials crankset with rs7 arms and have found an uno chainring that goes up to 34t that you can get for it...im going to be changing my bike up a bit so i can do some tricks and shizz and though id try that as its a nice crankset and a shame to sell it for peanuts.

I use 36/17 which is pretty close. I have it on my cross bike and it is a great gearing for that (good off road and manageable on road - 100 rpm gives around 18mph) Any lower and it would be a chore when going any distance but doesn't sound like you are planning on distance so would be fine.

It'd spin waay to easy. It'd make up hills fine, but you'd probably spin-out to much going down hills. If you want to run a small chainring up front, I'd try a 34/13. Easy enough gear ration, but can deliver for a longer ride. Good for skid patch, too.
