Will is such a nice guy, i gave him an email this morning about buying a single chainring bolt cause one of mine had fallen out of my cranks, he posted it today first class so i could get it tommorrow, FOR FREE! i mean hes such an incredible guy, im going to buy w/e i need if he stocks it from hubjub!

Obviously i wasnt implying that he was god, just awesome, you know figure of speech. . . hes just been awesome to me and wanted to share my experiences, why are you trying to shoot me down for that!?

He is very close to God.

Ordered the wrong sprocket from him a couple of years back, I needed one that cost a couple of quid more. Sent it to me with no extra charge. Obviously I have used him since, his customer service is second to none.

I bought a couple of bits from there. Arrived very quickly with a little handwritten note on the invoice saying "hope these go well".

I wouldnt go as far as God, but yes Will is a lovely guy and has supplied a lot of stuff for my new build - and helped me out with a few things - more power to a small business, who values good customer service
