I don't think you realize how expensive tubs are, or how hard they are to replace.

How did you not know you had tubs?

well some of them seem as cheap as regular tires... but I admit they're obviously a bitch to replace.

^^ bc I took them off another bike and didn't realise omega 19's came in tubs.... google says they don't.

@ Hippy - thanks

Yeah, I don't know what we charge to change them, but in the states it's $55 big ones. Per tyre.

To remove them do I just pull hard? - they're taped not glued (another reason I didn't realise)
... now I've calmed down a bit, I'm thinking I can sell the rubinos, buy new tubs for now, rebuild these wheels when I've got the cash.
Just got my nice new white rubinos through the post only to find that my wheels are tubs!
So...
Trade:
1) White Vittoria Rubinos for similar quality tubs + glue/tape or enough £s to buy glue/tape
or
2) Campagnolo omega 19 tubular road wheelset
for a similar wheelset with clinchers
