coopersworks...
maybe spend more time reading and less time dregdging threads from 2 years ago...
original post 23rd July 2009
Okay, so I know there was another thread, but it got so long, and confused, and I didn't know what was going on, let alone what any one else thought, and having gone away my FIRM offer seems to have disappeared without a trace or contact, so I felt a new thread is in ordered.
So, for sale:
56cm Geoffrey Butler Track Frame + Forks + Headset
This is a lovely lovely track frame, that rides beautifully on the road. I'm not sure what it was made, but I had it resprayed about 4 months ago by the great Sam Fish, with this amazing fluro pink / yellow / white fade. Since then the bike has been built up, but ridden no more then 50 miles. Its lovely, but I just never rode it, hence the sale. The paint is in very very good condition, with a chip around the seat clamp and on the LHS chainstay. On the whole its in perfect nick, with real tough 2pack paint, executed wonderfully.
Specs:
56cm TT, 56cm ST
27.0 Seat tube diameter - rubbish seatpost included.
1" Threaded Headset
Tange Loose bearing headset fitted and in ACE condition.
Drilled front
Undrilled Rear
Pictures:
My camera is gash, so these are the picture from the painter before the bike was built. Spinergy not included in the sale.
Price:
I'm looking for £300 or more.
