Good place to get a new tyre in central London this lunchtime?

My front tyres fecked, I've been running it too long. Tiny bit of water this morning and puncture straight away. Serves me right but need a new tyre now, in order of preference I would like:

• Maxxis Re-Fuse
  
• Schwalbe Blizzard
  
• Schwalbe Blizzard Sport
  
• Vittoria Rubino
  
  

Any tips on where I could go this lunchtime to get one much appreciated. Urgent so not too fussed about price.

I have a Maxxis Refuse in my bag, waiting for when my rear is skidded through completely.
