a specific request - does anyone have the tool that comes with the ellipse wheel? I need to sort mine out and can't find the tool.

hey, the tool allows you to take out the axle. mine's broken and I can't replace it without the tool. looks like it's a trip to the bike shop when I can find time.

Tom call any bike shop and find out whether they are a Mavic service centre, they should have the tool or access to it.

You could probably make a tool really easily - a spoke bent into a U with the ends filed to the right size to fit the little holes would probs do. Are your axles covered under mavics 2 year warranty?
