I don't have the software but I do have the font. Perhaps if someone who would do it but lacks the font is around, that problem is now solved

as per my PM
I have a number of variations of Helvetica Neue
I suggest the pdf is placed into InDesign (thereby preserving the original fonts and layout) and the correction made and a new pdf generated
I can have a play if you want to send it by email

Help:
I want to crate a PDF that has fillable text form boxes. I want the boxes to expand depending on the quantity of words inputted by the user. Is that possible? Maybe not.
I wanted it to be offine, but perhaps a webpage is the best option. But I'd rather people have more ability to input in their own way.
Maybe a Word doc is best. If unrefined. Google form might work but a bit basic.

Sounds like you need a word template and not a editable pdf.

Word is just a bit of a ugly interface for a 'product'
I'm intrigued by a Google form. Because from the xls file I could build a nice output pdf to provide to the client.

Google or O365 forms should do that kind of thing. PDFs, I don't think so.

you can't do expandable (PDFs are fixed size) but you should be able to do scrollable boxes

Thanks. That's an option, but still a bit 'ugly', good to put into the consideration.

O365 form
Is that a thing? I'll look.
And yes but you can't make a Google form look very nice or branded really. Plus filling stuff online always gives me anxiety it will disappear.

Using word with Developer function and only Forms fillable was the best solution in the end.
Sorry for posting a new thread, getting a bit desperate.
I've got a PDF (created in Illustrator) which I need to make a tiny amend to on one page before sending it out to several hundred journalists. Unfortunately I don't have any software to make amends here (at home) and I have to take my cat to the vet this morning before her face falls off and no-one else in my office is capable of doing it. The font is Helvetica Neue Standard Light.
Is there any chance someone can make the amend and email the PDF back to me? I will be eternally grateful and buy you beer.
