Yellow tubing drilling template

Played around and created a drilling template for 63mm diameter yellow tubing, it needs some fairly careful drilling but seems to work ok, the Magenta coloured holes are for the ski pole & bolt holes so they can be changed to suit your preferences

I've seen Gabes grey & caps template but not seen a yellow one so i thought i'd share..

I made a cutout template for the 2" gas tubing (yellow, blue or karlsruhe blue/orange)

I did two templates, one for ski poles, and one for bamboo (larger diameter hole)

Nice..! might try that out instead of my Swiss cheese mallet head design....

do it, Best way is to drill the corner holes, then hacksaw between each (being careful to go straight, and a little in from the line), then use a scalpel to shave away extra material and tidy up the edges.

Gabe, I will defietaly be using your desighn in Van!!
