how you ride your bike is an important factor in determining which levers you should be using. Small & neat would probably be a Paul Cross lever or diatech goldfinger.

Adding on to what Charco says, all depends on where you want the lever. On the flat, drops or bar end? Helps to narrow it down.

Paul e lever. Not cheap but worth it!
Any tips on which brake lever I should look at for a set of nitto drops on my latest project? Want something small/neat/alloy/comfy.
And yes, I have UTFS, with no success.
