  • The atmosphere is getting highly charged over Old St. Makes me horny as hell.

  • Already raining/hailing/thundering over Homerton. It's a fucking good storm. Enjoy.

  • I'm too busy laughing at people running with almost no clothes on and holding their bags on their heads

  • thunder= no rain in Putney, its really cool I've got black clouds outta one window, and blue skies the other.
oh and I'm definitely putting off taking the dogs for a walk.

  • i hope it gets to tooting it's a bit sweaty here.

  • hail in crouch hill - ouch!

  • thunderbolts and lightning very very frightening me and big hailstones over forest gate

  • Raining, lightening here in wembley, also people leaving the welsharp in a hurry with their boats

  • Wapping is knee deep in water, and the lightening is fierce! Still the summer was nice whilst it lasted!

  • Biggest hail stones I've seen in London. Thought my windows were gonna smash!
If you haven't had the storm yet...it big and marvelous.

  • West Hampstead in the grip of a monsoon but still damn sticky

  • @LdnGrrl - You can see the Welsh Harp from where you live?

  • @LdnGrrl - You can see the Welsh Harp from where you live?

If you're talking about the Brent one its at the bottom of my road

  • Stoke Newington, right on Clissold Park!! Lot's and lot's of people running through the hail

  • Lightening hit the tree in front of my house.. I can still see spots when I close my eyes. Thought it would have been louder than it was though

  • I'm going out in 10 mins.............just packing a complete change of clothes just in case!

  • Nothing happening in Brixton... Yet...

  • Thunderin' up in Manc.

  • Just a bit of rain and distant thunder/lightning in north/mid/west Kent. Lovely and fresh here now.

  • Mad hail in SE18.

  • i put off leaving my sister's in hertfordshire waiting for it to pass. when it didn't i made a bolt (sorry) for it and just made the station in hertford as it started to chuck it down. the entire train journey (about 30 miles i suppose) from there to king's cross was under that storm. it's a biggie.

still a few more smaller ones rumbling around too. fun weather.

EDIT - that was about an hour ago and if it was kicking off in se18 a few minutes ago i'm guessing there's more to come here in northlondonland. it's all very slow moving too which is odd. hardly any wind. still crazy muggy here in n1.

yeah that's cos it's it's the thunder that's loud, not the lightning. durrr.

  • My house is on fire and under water now. The hailstones were as big as my face. Some of them were hit by lightning as they fell and exploded showering razor sharp icicles onto people. I lost an arm.

  • it rained in dudley

  • Just a bit of summer rain in West Norfolk. Stopped now - but remains humid. Urghh.
