Hi all,
I'm on the lookout for a 58-61cm road or tt bike. I've rencently sold my full carbon DA 58cm racebike after moving over to track (fixed bikes). I will still be using the bianchi pista for commutes and re dolan for track days, but I could really do with a nice road or TT bike for more intense road training and proper winter turbo use.
I have upto £1,000 to spend, but obviously would like to spend as little as possible. SRAM or shimano is prefered although I would consider newer campag gear. Not too fussed if the frame is steel, Alu or carbon as they all seem to rise differenty depending on their design.
I have a Zipp 404 tubular wheel for the bike, so there is really no need for a decent wheelset, however a training wheelset may be of use. I would deffinately want to try before I buy. I work in London bridge and live in NW London, so can travel after work to pretty much anywere in London for a viewing.
Dolan bikes are deffinately favoured!
Cheers
Adam
