Would I be able to put my shopping in this trailer? This could save me from taking the car to the supermarket. Also, what makes this trailer fixed wheel specific?
Many thanks

no brakes, no helmets, but road bikes on the track!

the filming is so nice, looks like a good'un, even if they do seem a bit elitist.

does look like a very warm film though, congrats to the mansdem. -

Nice filming but some of their heads are inserted up their asses with German precision and accuracy.
Fixed wheel is a nascent trend over there, 12 guys in Köln doesn't make a scene to eulogise like it was way back in '82.
I do like the line "you don't think when you walk" though.

The "messenger elitism" there was pathetic, especially from that girl, looked nicely shot, but the tricks section was boring also, and I wasn't feeling the vibe, so overall I though it was pretty shit and not one for my DVD/Download collection.

As far as bike films? Anything that reminds me of good vibes/times, awesome tricks, interesting riding, so for instance a top list of my favourite bike related films would look something like this: (in no particular order!)
Joe kid on a stingray
Macaframa
Bootleg sessions V2 (and the upcoming V3 looks amazing! trailers blew me away)
Pedal (amazing insight into the lives of NYC couriers and the culture they are involved in)
Fit life
Nails in the coffin (olllllllld skool bmx vid)
The new Empire fixed film (trailer looks amazing but haven't seen the film yet)
Lotek Mix tape series -

As far as camera work, and amazing production goes, I think Macaframa has pretty much set a precedent for fixed-gear films which hasn't been beaten yet, very beautifully produced.

did Macaframa ever release an HD-DVD? I saw it advertised in the first edition of Fixed Magazine...

It is out now, but not in the UK yet I don't think, took them ages to release it for some reason!

same old hipsters acting like they've just discovered the bicycle for the first time and waxing lyrical about it to a soundtrack borrowed from a sony bravia advert.
nicely put together though, i really enjoyed it. it's a really nice fixie-fad flick.

Did anything ever come of this? Cant find any info on release date etc presuming it is still being worked on.
Nice, looks like it could be good. And something for everyone, tracks, tricks and messengers.
