Where have all the bike racks gone?

Where have all the bike racks gone? I noticed some being removed near where I live a couple of months ago, then a few weeks ago some more were gone where I usually park in Soho, then just tonight the ones I wanted to use on Oxford street had 'disappeared'.

So what has happened to all our bike parking? It seems at odds with all the other TfL policies which encourage cycling to then remove anywhere to park. I wonder what Boris thinks about it?

if you're talking about csm, they only moved it elsewhere.

Theres no cctv there though. Also there was very little theft before because all the students/staff/smokers stood outside all the time.
