Fine thankyou. Off to bed as I'm pretty pissed and tired. Looking forward to a gentle ride on Sunday as my left knee fucking blew up on a 50 miler last weekend. Yeah, yeah, HTFU I know.
Thanks for asking!

No shit! I will not be doing the business as a consequence.
@ VanUden - this weekend is prime riding weather. Go and out and swallow some flies :).

Ouch! Exploding knee sounds nasty, the sort of thing that Lady Di would have been very concerned about were she still with us. Seriously though, bag of frozen peas ftw, leave it on your knee after the ride tomorrow for about 10 mins, all swelling, if any, will be reduced.

Thanks for the advice friend. Have a good weekend yourself.

You're absolutely right, my fitness levels are so poor I've been putting it off for a while but a gentle roll would be a good way to get back in the saddle :-)
Hope the Leffe doesn't bite you on the arse tomorrow :-)

Is it worth watching? I've had it on DVD for years and not gotten round to watching it.
Just surfing the music channels with the missus - gonna try and persuade her to hit 906 onwards in a few minutes...

@MrSmith - I've never seen it but heard loads, is it any good?
@TheCatMan - I saw a couple of episodes when it was first out and it was very funny. A colleague has told me that I remind them of one of the characters, hence my interest. Got side-tracked by Jonathon Ross as Grace Jones is now doing her thing. Got to love the album Island Life with the shot of Jones by Annie Lebowitsch (sp?). Classic stuff.

I've had a nice evening and a bad week full of pointless exams which dont lead to anything, when i could of been learning, stupid shit private school (rant on for another few hours how much i hate it) though its half term now, my frame should come sometime next week (should of come today but my mum wasnt in to pick it up :/) and should be able to do an overnight ride with a mate so that should be good!

@rocker9455 - without wishing to sound patronising it does all sort of make sense later but probably not in the way you were expecting ;-) Best of luck with it all.

I was having a great day.
finished my last essay for Oxford ever, then slept all day, and then went to a bar with some close friends, got lightly inebriated, and it was good. Then the cunting police stopped me as someone nicked my front light.

I'm good, lightly toasted. Just about to watch Nathan Barley to remind myself of where I've been going wrong all these years. Feeling slightly guilty about not having been out on the bike for ages, as it's looking at me in a funny way from across the room. How about you?
