For Sale: Claud Butler lugged steel road bike

Claud Butler lugged steel road bike from the 60's, 70's or 80's (depending on who who ask to date it).

It's had a blue paint job, but some surface rust spots are peeking through. Could do with a respray and some decals. It has horizontal dropouts, so could be converted, but would be nice cleaned up to original standard.

Top tube 57cm C-C, seat tube 56cm C-C - hence the sale: I'm all hunched over when I ride it...

It was like that when I bought it. If it fitted me properly it'd be getting a nice respray, some decals and a polished-up headbadge.

I've had a couple of PMs from tall folks, who have decided it won't fit. There must be some smaller peeps who are after a vintage frame, no? eBay in 10, 9, 8...

I think most people on here are. I don't think there's more than a handful in Norwich.

No that's fair enough, its just that if huge16 is in london too he'll take it if I dont? I'm easy, like I say if its an olympic and the rust isn't serious (it looks fine from the photos), i'd go for it.

i'll take the wheels for £30, maybe some of the other bits too if you're splitting. (will have to check - building up a bike for a mate)

Nothing's happened yet. I was all set to bring it to London to let anyone take a gander - I had tickets for Morrissey in Brixton, but it was canceled, so I didn't come.
I'll be up around the 15th again, but I'd prefer to get shot of it before then if I can.
