Metal file. Takes a few minutes for each one.

Junior hacksaw (very carefully) to get the bulk of it off, then a fairly fine file to get it smoothed out nicely. Can't really see the point though - might as well leave them on and retain the option of gears.

keep them on..........you just never know. fixed is great, but keep your options open........

Snap them off with your fingers, then grind down whats left with your stubble.

how much did removing them cost you?
I don't know what the name is for those things but you know what I mean..
Is it possible to remove (nicely) these things without machines?
Someone has experience with removing them without machines?
Please let me know.
