I've got a Dawes Horizon Tourer, Sora Gears, pannier rack, mudguards, optional bar bag, white beard and yorkshire accent not included.
I'm 5'11 and its ok for me, though I might have done better with the next size up. Price, in principle, gratis, but it needs some new brake blocks to get back on the road.
My flatmate Aaron really wants to cycle between Manchester and London with some American friends of his, and has asked me if I could find him a loaner for the couple of days it'll take him.
He doesn't mind what it is, his friends are using folders so it doesn't have to be blinging. As long as it works and is fairly trustworthy. I doubt he's going to be thrashing it anywhere, just rolling 80 miles or so a day.
He's a tad over 6 foot, so anything in that area is perfect.
We're only poor students, but he said he's willing to pay some money for rental. He's a really sound guy so he'll look after the bike.
He wants it from May 28th until whenever he gets back. I doubt it'll take him longer than 5-6 days at the most leisurely pace.
Cheers Manchester Team!
