  • http://outlier.cc/outlier_garments/ Check out the Merion Wool hoody, looks lovely, I am most tempted by one come pay day.

  • Wow! £136.73 (current exchange rate) before P&P and import tax etc! Yeesh better be good for the cash ;)

  • Well to be fair, its a lot of merion wool! and it looks like a pretty nice product, then again....knowing me, the money will more likely go on bike parts instead.

  • Or booze

  • or both ;)

  • True that my Swrve merino baselayer was just shy of £40 and that's super thin and nowhere near as much merino.

I'd be worried bout stacking it and tearing a massive whole in it, then it'd be a whole lot of cash down the shitter.

Anyways thought you were saving for something else atm...

  • I am, I will probably never purchase a piece of clothing this expensive for riding my bike, because of the amount of time I spend jumping off the bike and crashing from tricks, but mainly because bike parts/second bike/new fixed trick frame will always take priority over a fancy bit of clothing ;)

  • I don't know, for that money you can get a Swrve milwaukee hoodie and a merino wool baselayer, a lots warmer especially since it's a windbreaker as well was waterproof.

  • ^That's my combo.^

Although at the moment it's t-shirt and shorts!

  • Yeah for me its t-shirt time right now, I don't do shorts tho.

  • of course not, a single shift breeze and everyone can see your tallywackle, nobody need to see that.

  • Snug boxers will see to that.

Surely you don't ride commando Ed?

    Chafing central.

  • of course not, a single shift breeze and everyone can see your tallywackle, nobody need to see that.

    Hahaha

  • I'm thinking of investing in some of these before next winter. Padded full length tights with built in merino vest, from Ground Effect. Hmmm toastie.

  • tallywackle

    Word of the day

  • stumbled across this merino wool company in Derbyshire ( https://armadillomerino.com/ ) and have just received three tops from them. Very impressed. Never really worn merino before but it is super comfy and doesn't smell at all / get you sweaty
