any chance of seat tube c-t and top tube measurements please?
around the 56cm region i believe.
suit someone around 6ft. -
• #10
if this had been two months later and a 52, i would have had it.
Also, you go to camberwell? -

Hi guys, the measurements are 56 c- t, 50 c-c on the seat tube, and 54 c-c on the top tube. As i mentioned, the geometry suits a shorter person if you want to ride it on the street, really. I think it's better to go by the top tube length rather than the seat tube height.

This is how it looks with risers and a high-rise stem. It'd probably be bar-spinnable with a 700x19c tire.

Nice Mapleglo Ricky in the background there.....330/6?
This bike is too small for me, and I need more space, so it's up for sale.
For the price of a Langster Monaco from Evanscycles.com you get:
Frame: Sirius micro-tt bike frame, in Reynolds 731OS tubing. Straight forks, vertical droupouts, steep seat tube, tight clearances, light weight. A couple of dings as pictured, but it's pretty god damn NOS if you ask me. Paint job is lovely. Drilled front and rear.
Wheels: Miche Primato track hubs laced to lovely Mavic Open CD rims. The wheels could do with a service, but the bearings are all fine and the rims are in great shape. Comes with a 20t Surly cog and Schwalbe blizzard sport tyres. (23c)
Drivechain: Dura-ace 7600 (lovely!) 170mm cranks, with a Campagnolo pista 49t chainring fitted. Comes with a Shadow Conspiracy half-link chain and high tension. The chain is fresh and it hasn't even bedded in yet.
The rest: Cinelli LA84 handlebars with 90mm Cinelli stem (black cloth bartape), miscillaneous black seatpost with a worn but useable white specialized Alias saddle.
NB: NO PEDALS, but I'll throw in a 50t dura-ace chainring if you want to ride it with a higher gear. Note that if you add a tooth, to keep the tension correct you'd have to remove one somewhere else. Eg, it works with 49x20, so it'll work with the same tension with 50x19, or 51x18, or 48x21 etc.
£440. PM/phone please (not really on the net much at the moment, my number is ohseven900 eight9122nine. Not willing to split, unless absolutely everything is taken for definite.
As you may have noticed, the plastic BB cup on the non drive-side has lost a few teeth. The threading on the cup is fine, and i've been riding it without issue.
The frame is designed for time trials, and the shape and geometry mean that it is suited, with this purpose in mind, to someone of about my height (6ft). However, for riding round London or what have you, I think it's better suited to someone who would normally take a 52-55cm frame, with the seatpost lowered.
I was able to ride without toe overlap with LL MKS toeclips on 170 cranks, so that shouldn't be a problem for anyone else, unless you have clown feet.
Cheers, thanks for looking.
Alex
