Wanted: First bike! cheap n cheerful/ old frame etc ..

Yo looking for a first bike to start out with,

the cheaper the better although if its rideable that would be cool,

also any old track bikes for sale that i could convert would also be pretty rad.

well, it would be incredibly handy as im traveling to southampton to stay at my girlfriends for a day or 2 from waterloo station, so i could pop in and have a look.
