its gonna cut it down from about 72 GI to 69GI according to Sheldon Browns calculator, I am not after much of a difference as I CAN get up and down pretty much whatever I want to, it would be nice to reduce the level of panting and dizzyness and more importantly I have been reading about increasing your cadence is a good thing so gonna give that a go too.

PM'ed rg37 as just sold my 16t! I love it when a plan comes together
I am still trying to figure out my gearing (52-19 at the mo) so am after a 20t pref 3/32nd cog to get up the hills of the southwest. I have a 16t 1/8th I can trade if wanted but will to pay if not.
