Photo of the wheel.
last bump before I ebay everything tmw morning- and I know I should wait, but its got to go before I get fined.start making me some offers.
A beautiful frameset is up for offer here- simply stunning!
not only that but a ridiculously good wheel, professionally built for under £100, you find another one that is brand new.
two hubs and a cheap set of NOS rims.
maybe I should just build up the Claud and sell it for what that would be.
wheel sold
So I have to get rid of some stuff to appease landlord. Who is apparently annoyed that I've turned the front room into a workshop, and covered the wall in grease. I can't store it at home so this is inevitable, but annoying.

First up is TiBike (tm).
This is an incredible bike, I love it to pieces, I just can't keep it anymore which is very, very sad. It essentially weighs nothing, and as far as I can tell is rock solid.
Titanium Frame, Carbon Aero Forks.- could easily be made barspinable with different forks and bars (maybe even bars!). N.B. the forks have a very short steerer, and are 1" threadless. 650c wheels, which give the bike immense chuckability. Its like a little mountain bike, but light!
53.5cm top tube, 53.5 cm seat tube
650c wheelset, and will come with some extra tubes- Michelin Pro race tyres
Ideal for someone 5'7 to 5'10, I ride it as if it were a lo-pro!
Miche Advanced cranks and chainring.
On One rear hub with 48x18 gearing, giving a lovely town gear.
Gusset Half link chain, risers, Planet X Ti saddle, and front brake.
WAC sticker.
Doesn't come with pedals.
sold!
Frameset- With extras.
Bought of Skully- it is too big for me, so this is from his thread:
*F&F Claud Butler Courieur, 1961 model. The earliest production after Holdsworth's purchase of the classic Claud Butler marque. Made in London. Totally spiffing 531. No dings. Original paint, a really nice sea-green colour, very nice shiny with laquer over the top I think. Patina (aka chips) on top tube and a few on the stays. No rust to speak of (rust proofed in manufacture apparently). All original transfers, (including 'rustproofed by special process' and retailer's transfer, a shop in Hitchin) in remarkably good condition, except model name on top tub a bit damaged. Brass headbadge in pretty good nick, some colour fills on the olympic rings missing. Large clearances for 27" rims, suits mudguards well. Very old-school geometry, relaxed seat angle & long rake forks, extremely comfortable ride, long rides are a breeze. Beutifully thin 'pencil' stays and forks. Nervex lugs, BB shell and fork crown (a basic Super Legere design, some nice curls and spearpoints, some small cutouts on the head tube). Rear ends have no gear hanger brazed on, nicer for converting. Long horizontal drops for simple chain tensioning.*
Comes with Cottered cranks with a nice pentogram pattern, GB stem, Seatpost and clamp. all fitting the period.
