well my last job was at sotheby's, which is an art auction house,as a departmental technician, my degree is in mixed media fine art, but without sounding too full of myself, i am quite handy, and if i dont know how to do something i can learn very quickly!!!
so just let me know what you got! :D

you signing on at least? they dont help much for finding a job, but they help financially. jobcentreplus website has vacancies. i wouldn't bother with gumtree though. also look in local papers

yeah im signed on, but like you said not helping much, and im living with my girlfriend so i get almost no money at all! even though she cant really help!

Ben is a polite, friendly chap. Who would be an asset to any company.
Although thats what he was like 7 years ago.
I imagine he hasn't changed though.

I'm doing temping work since I lost my permanent job in November. My current contract ends at the end of this month, so I'm on the hunt again too. I just need something for May, so not too bad. Hard times.

Apologies if this sounds a bit hippy but I too am currently 'freelancing/resting' and its not a great place to be all the time, but reading stuff like this and speaking to people in your industry now and then is a bloody good idea just to remind yourself that you are not alone and you are not an unemployable fool!
Doesn't help you earn anything but it does keep you sane!
