Wanted: Rear Mech/Wheel

Hi, I'm planning on re-gearing a frame and am looking for an 8 speed rear mech/rear wheel to go along with it.
Thought i'd ask here as a few of you might have some lying around from conversions.
I a bit vague about what i want in the way of derailleurs as it's going to be a bit of a ratbike. Obviously the cheaper the better, thanks!

I have a Shimano Ultergra rear mech. Missing the cable bolt... but you can have it for free.

I've got a shimano rear wheel with freehub that needs the cones re-adjusting and a skewer (although I may have one...), £5 for the wheel

I may have a cassette but would need to dig deep in the garage boxes......

That would be great Diablo, especially if you could find the freewheel.

I called it a mech instead of derailleur because i thought i might spell derailleur wrong, and have pedants burn my post.
