Push the valve in quite a bit and push the beading onto the rim in that area first. Roll it round on the floor a bit before pumping it up. Might work dude...

will give it a try rod. noticed the area around the valve is, the molding looks wonky, could cause that area to bulge out? ah fucking bike bullshit, had enough of it!!
-
• #5
if you put the valve area on the floor and push down abit while pumping it should equal out.
Works for me every time -

i feel like i owe you a tube now.. -

man i'm always blowing those mother fuckers hahaha! no problems rosmal, I really do think that tube was a dodgy one!

Try another tyre first?

The best thing to do is fold the tyre inside out before putting it on (push really hard so the tyre looks wider than it was before). This pushes the wire out and makes sure the tube is forced into the top of the tyre rather than underneath

I had this. When putting a tube in the tube can twist... if you pump the tube up a bit before putting it in the tyre it holds it shape better and you dont get the twisting.... solved it for me
just fitted a brand new tube onto my aerospoke ( had to replace the previous one unfortunately), the beading of the tire keeps bulging over the rim around the valve area. Tried installing it 3 time making sure the tube was fitted properly, still same problem. I'm hoping this is just dodgy made tube?
