Would you consider splitting the cranks from the first frame and posting them? I need something for getting my pub bike rolling again.

Is the scrap frame usable, ie will a fork and headset still fit in the steerer tube?
-
• #6
Splitting the cranks isn't ideal (time) and the idea of heading to a PO fills me with fear (grannies), sorry.
The scrap frame should take a HS cup if you either bash the dent out of the top of the steerer tube first or whack the cup in with a frustrating amount of force... I've managed to fix worse before, but have no time/inclination for this one.

Hi, sorry, all gone for a song now... had to make some room.
Right, available in East London, come one, come all:
Unknown maker, Ofmega cranks, stickered and paint's nasty. 58st 58tt (c-c) 125 rear. £25
First of two Bianchi road frames. 55st 55tt (c-c) 125 rear. £25
Second of two Bianchi road frames. 55st 55tt (c-c) 125 rear. £25
Scrap frame, dented steerer tube, may be good for someone. 55st 56tt 125 rear. FREE.
Awesome Maffioletti frame, firework lug details, bargain, needs a good clean. 52st 55tt (c-c) 115 rear. £50
Lovely high-end Roy Thame, Columbus SL, Cinelli BB shell, ornate lugs, vert drops, but tight/responsive clearances. This is the only one with a fork, oooh. 53st 54tt (c-c) 125 rear, Campag BB included. £70
The Roy has a British BB thread, everything else is Italian. Dibs is fine, but please follow it up with a PM, tah.
