That's the first one to try on my list.
I'm thinking something a little less direct may be nice though as 60miles is a tad short for my liking. -

I'm always up for a recce.

I'm up for there and back if it's not too hilly.
And we don't go too much over 120 miles, I've never done more than that in a day.

I'll decide later on the back again, it's meant to be my easy weekend before the dunBitch & back ride.
It may be a case of just seeing how my legs are doing on the day. -

Might be doing a 600k that weekend but if not then I'll come out the other way from Swindon and join you for celebratory drinks etc.

Maybe overnight it and back the next day if the numbers are small and there are a few floors / hostels to crash on /at?
-
• #15
120 is easily doable in a day if people are that way inclined, I'm just going to make a decision closer to the time as the Dunwich is more important to me so it's sensible to keep this ride nice and easy. God knows I'll need fresh legs for the following Saturday.

hostels that week will be packed and expensive- its the end of exams that day (not for me- but for the whole Uni)
other than that, floor space may be possible- and I have just realised I may be going skiing that day, will have to check.

Could be up for another one of these.
I've added Dunwich Dynamo to the calendar too.
Probably do them all geared this year. -

I'm probably going to do this one fixed but will decide closer to the time. That said as this is the stretch the legs before the dunwich it might be sensible to do it on the same bike.Too many choices...

I suppose that's one way of saying that he doesn't like the route. ;)
This is a place marker for the slow paced maths ride to Oxford on 27/06/09.
This is taking place the week after the fast Maths Ride.
We'll be riding to the college where Andrew Wiles studied for and received his Bachelors degree (Merton College).
If you are in any doibt of being able to keep up on the first ride then please feel free to come along on this social ride.
I have never ridden to Oxford so have no route at this present time, expect one to be up by the end of April once I've tried a few out.
