Red and white polish track frame?

Hi does any one know who owns a red and white polish track frame? runs a 650 front by the looks of it and was spotted just off tottenham court road last week.....

has hand made in poland on the rear frame arms.....

wanna see if it is for sale so if some one knows who owns this please let me know!

the frame is rychtarski made ages ago for the polish national track team, 650 front 700 rear, deda zero 25.4 microalloyed tubing, campag dropouts front and rear......he bought it off me and is liking it so i doubt it would be for sale...i have another one which im riding now powder coated black...there is a few more coming to BLB soon....
