Trade: 53cm frame for a 56-57

anyone got a old beat to hell track frame that's a bit too big? Mines a hillman hand made in Australia. 51.5cm centre to centre seat tube, 53cm centre to top, top tube is 53 centre to centre.
Want a similar old beat up lugged frame 56-57cm

going from that set-up a 56-57 will be way too big

yeah its way too small for me, can ride it with risers but not drops. 55 might be alright? I should probably measure myself up and figure it out.
