Wanted: Full Groupset, upto £250 (excluding shifter stis)

Just building up a new TT bike and am looking for a new/used groupset.

Ive currently been offered a 105 groupset @ £175 and am looking to findout if anyone has anything of equal or better quality for a bit less?

I dont mind a miss match groupset as long as performance is very good.

Ultegra rear mech, shimano 105 front mech, 105 shifters also available. You after cranks as well? I'd be willing to split things. Photos available if you're interested, it's all on my own road bike for now...

I'm also in the market for a full groupset, pref triple with sti shifters, 105 or ultegra would be nice. Please let me know if you have anything available. It's to go on a touring bike that has canti mounts so don't need brakes (unless they are canti!). Thanks.

Recent high-end puppy killing means I've got just what you need - Ultegra triple chainset (Octalink), choice of English or Italian BB, Ultegra F&R mechs, 105 triple STIs, DA chain (1 new, one half used), all 9 speed. All in exellent nick, the STIs are pretty much new and nice all black finish. £180 the lot?

Does your puppy killing extend to a 9spd rear wheel?

Ha! Yes, there's blood and puppy dog tails everywhere. I have a pair of Mavic Open Professional wheels, they're factory made by Mavic with Open-Pro style rims on special black hubs with straight pull spokes, haven't weighed them but they're pretty light, nearly new, nice'n'true. Looking for £100 the pair. If you've got an odd front I might p/ex it as I have an odd fixed rear (wheel) that needs a buddy.

I have no need for a front, and tbh don't have a spare front to p/x. I'll have a think, but will probably try and get something off the Bay for less £££.

As we're all at it, I need an 8 speed Campag rear derailleur for my retro moser, (not the new one).

2 chorus and 1 record 8 spd on the bay atm...
