Herene Hill is a go for me. Looks like the weather will be good ... or at least good enough.

• #3
i think the majority of peeps will be on the memorial ride
-
• #4
Yep I will be there. Then I will catch up with the memorial ride. I can't imagine they would have got that far by 1.30ish
-
• #5
ill be there
was frosty this morning. RPM, would they call it off if it's frosty again tomorrow?
ill finish off about 1230 and head straight to the memorial ride

nothing like ice and 17mm tyres to wake you up in the morning
-
• #7
forecast is for a milder night/morning
-
• #8
I am sure any ice would have dissapeard by 10.30. Maybe not for the early inductees though

I am planning to go for the induction (or just to watch.)....

I'll probably be along at some point, join VeeVee in some spectating...

they'll wait until it dries up, if it's frosty as this morning the induction won't happen until later, or they may not do it at all.
but if the night is milder, I don't see why it won't be all systems go.
looks like the pros are turning out, I'd better go in the medium group then!

Bad back means no HH for me :-( and probably not next week either.
Hope you all had a good time. I've been lying on my front with a bag of frozen oven chips on my back.

it was too busy
good to see a few old faces and meet some new ones, but I don't think I'll be doing many of these saturdays, will save it for mondays and wednesdays and train at newport instead.
legs felt shit today and I had a pretty quiet session, mikec was flying like a bugger, despite doing next to no training during winter. you are riding with the elites mate
-
• #18
Glad I didn't go then. It was deserted in the lanes and I had a good quality session.

As ever, the Language & Speech Science Library rocks.

Can't you get one of those electro stimulation devices and at least get some decent recovery? :)

like the bloke who strapped a slendertone to his cock?

nice session yesterday - really busy and the weather worked out ok too ...
was all a bit sketchy to start with, but that's the price of it being so open to the community - the number of kids down there is very cool but makes me very nervous at times ...
fast guys were pretty fast but not stupid ... overall was just great to be out and spinning again. bring it on.

naughty dulwich paragon riders using blocking tactics in a training race..tut tut..
anyway, who was running what?
I had 88GI which felt a bit hard in the fast group, I've got used to running spinny gears over winter maybe I should ride 86 for training.
