  • Do it, I love the dial colour and date function.

  • I had it couple of years ago in 40mm. Very cool, but slightly too big for me in the long run. 50m WR with screw down crown - go figure.
I didn’t pay retail and still took a bath on it. If I got the 36mm version, I would maybe still have it.

  • Window shopping today and I think I want a Pelagos.
Next debate is colour, I like them all, but lean towards the blue. MrsDeth likes the LHD.

Going to think on it for a few weeks and go try them all on.

  • I like the LHD too. Big boys watch.

  • 50m WR with screw down crown

    Wut

  • It's like panerai doing the 3atm... They're a dive corp

  • An hour spare? Programme on Channel 4 - Second Hand for 50 Grand might be worth a look. Couple of Rolex watches on it - A Daytona and a ‘kissing L’. And if you like handbags there are a few of those!

  • A little dose of watch porn...

  • Blue, must have been the light.

  • See. Nice as that is. The rusty hands would piss me off.

  • I guess you’re right. Although for something this rare, it’s good to have all original parts, I’d think.

  • I like it apart from the aged lume, seems at odds with the rest of the design.

  • Interesting. On that particular watch I don’t consider it aged lume. Although of course it is. Maybe it’s the squares?

  • Hello just asking for a friend

    .
Please can you tell me what year that is from ?

    .
    Give thanks

  • Hi, it’s an R serial which dates it to 1987/88. The “fat lady” was only made between 83-88, so this is one of the last ones made.

  • Jut saw this, thanks!

  • Nice one just read about them

First gmt with an independent hour hand to the 24 hand
    .
First gmt with black and red bezel
    .
Sometimes known as ' sophia Loren '
    .
    .
    They'll be a quiz later ....

  • Yes. Basically a GMT in a Sea-Dweller case. I never knew they did that. A “transitional” piece and very collectible I’d imagine.

    P.S.
It is for sale at £9.7k

  • Combining a couple of passions... an Omega Soccer Timer 145.020.. NOS, which seemed like a brilliant idea when I found it, but actually just stops me wearing it 🤬🤦🏻‍♂️

  • Gorgeous. Should be terrace nirvana.

  • Cool! 40mm would be perfect for my big wrists I reckon.
Did you have one on a steel bracelet?
They make a really nice green one in 36mm (just saying;))

  • I have 8in wrist and the dial just felt too big. I didn’t get the bracelet, don’t really like the look and they’re too shiny for me.
I think my mate has the bronze version for sale, looks cool.

  • I've seen that example before, it still has/had the caseback plastic film on. Literally boxfresh. Great watch, very cool. Wish all the modern Omega cases were that sharp.

  • It still has the Gloop..
