**£450....collect or deliver close to Cambridge...this is a good price.....or will exchange plus cash for a good condition 1980s Raleigh 531c Team replica road bike.
Does not include saddle or Pedals [unless ALC changes his mind about the pedals]
If no one buys the complete bike by sunday...i will split the works.
I will answer any questions about the bike except 'why?'...!!**....long story!
Frame is a Coppi Genius frame 57cm seat tube and 56cm top tube which started life as a road frame and i got it as NOS and unpainted but was converted by Super Ted late last year and includes Paul Components track ends with axle keepers....powder coated by Armourtex...the forks are partly chromed...no damage to the chrome. I have used the bike once...no accidents or scrapes and has a 42mm chainline and is very straight....includes a Velo Orange steel headset....also included but not yet attached are the Columbus Genius decals...one for the frame and two for the forks.
Wheels are Mack high flange and are double fixed and includes an Andel cog [17T] and a Dura-Ace cog [15T] both sides have lock rings...the hubs are anodised in gold and have DT spokes [32 front and rear] on deep Vuelta rims and include Veloflex Pave tyres with a lot of life still in them]...the hubs are secured on the frame by very chunk allen key cap bolts...very snazzy.....hubs considered as good if not better than PWs!...Also includes a chunky 8mm allen key wrench for the wheel bolts.
Cranks are Gipiemme Special pista [bought as NOS and are lovely] with a Gebhardt 45T ring [i have removed the nasty writing on the chainring].
Bottom Bracket is Campag Pista Record 109mm [cup and cone] with plastic sleeve etc.
Bars and stem are Nitto and are Noodle and Technomic Deuxe [7cm] with Fizik tape and a Cane Creek Cross lever.
**
Front Brake** is Shimano Ultegra dual pivot with SwissstopYellow brake blocks...the best!....There is no rear brake....Super Ted replace the original brake bridge with a track bridge....no hole for a rear brake!
Seatpost is an Alien cyclops aluminium which is 25mm...but the seatpost is 27mm so there is a shim.....very light.
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot
> Quote text by starting lines with >
Mention another user by @username
For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:
```
Your code goes here
```
Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
If you upload more than 5 files we will display all attachments as thumbnails.
