It could have been 1 down and two other cyclists stopped to help, he said the bikes were all laying in the road - but who knows.

I rode past this just before 8 a.m. It looked as if a motorcyclist had been involved in an accident with at least one cyclist. The police were attending and all three cyclists were up on their feet, although one did seem to be injured.

Motorbikes in the bus/cycle lane?

Not by the looks of things. It was on the northern one of the two E & C roundabouts on the exit to St Georges Road. That's always dicey there as most cyclists are trying to cross 3 lanes of traffic to head north on Newington Causeway.
Didnt see this, so only reporting second hand from my work colleague who does the same route as me.
He saw:
3 bikes down, 1 car, police, ambulance, at least 1 cyclist injured (blood) between 8-8.30am this morning.
Anyone know anything?
Ride safe.
