I rode past both locations yesterday... its one of those roads you really have to keep you wits about you.
Keep in a dominant road position. I rode down Euston to white city and then back up bayswater. Eye contact is the key.

If I had any IT skills I'd make some sort of cartoon/graphic thing about how to deal with a lorry when on a bike.

This doesn't sound good.
Just spotted by one of my riders, just west of Lancaster Gate. Not sure how serious the injuries are, but the bike was under the wheels of a construction lorry.
For those that don't know, this is on the same road (A40), about 1 mile east of where Eilidh was killed. Coincidentally, the spotter was out with us last night, painting dead couriers names on (amongst other locations) the junction of Chepstow Road and Westbourne Grove.
