you should find a list of hubs there, Zenith(System EX, Formula, SJS etc.) one are idea, they're the best budget one for the money, try and search the following brand listed to see which's which is the lowest price since they're the same hubs.

I can't think of a cheap track hub I've seen that isn't one of them... -

I can't think of a cheap track hub I've seen that isn't one of them...not really, there's another hubs that are made in the same factory as the generic one listed, but of inferior quality and cost £15, that's the one you should avoid (completely forget the name!!!).
Halo hubs, which is regarded a budget hubs, is considered to be expensive for what it is, it's only nice because it got the colour option, but inferior compare to the Formula/SJS/etc. hubs, if a single hubs going to cost at least £45+ you might as well get Miche hubs or spend a bit more for a Goldtec one (especially a set of Miche hubs cost only £45 on the internet).
but then I could be talking bollocks.
