Creaking coming from headset /stem

A creaking has started coming from my headset / stem. It only happens when climbing/sprinting out of the saddle. i've tried regreasing handlebars and stem but it's still there.

it's a carbon fork with crane creek intergrated headset.

any ideas how to get rid of this annoying noise?

Just fyi, i had a squeek/creak which i was sure was coming from my bottom bracket. It turned out to be the saddle and seatpost. Have a play and see if it is what you think it is.
