Wanted: Single speed tensioner, spacers, etc

My mate wants to convert his mtb to a singlespeed and would like to pay less than Cycle Surgery prices for things like the Gusset conversion kit and the Singleator.

Does anyone have these bits that they wanna part with? I'm gonna do the conversion Sat and he's looking to save money. I can't be pissed with stripping down a myriad of cassettes for the spacers either.

got a powerplay single speed chain tensioner, £10? actually might have a 16t sprocket for a cassette and maybe some spacers kicking around too.

edit, actually, just realised how these things cost me and how poor i am currently, sorry. found an 18t sprocket for single speed conversion though.

Pity you are doing it this Saturday, i have a tensioner I bought for my MTB but didnt use it. You could have had it for a drink, only paid a few quid for it. If things change let me know and we can arrange a meet next week.

Things changed. He's a slack fucker (and probably reading this.. the cockflap) so he doesn't want it done this weekend. So, we shall see..

I've got a conversion kit with 18 and 16t cogs, it has loads of different width spacers with it so you can mess with the chainline a bit as well. £12?
