We need 3 flatmates in Ealing! ASAP!

Hey hey! So Jayloo and I have finally managed to find a decent place to live in Ealing. Its a huge flat with 4 double bedrooms a huge sitting room, big kitchen, big bathroom + another WC. The flat is a work in progress and is cleaning up really nicely. It's a huge victorian house and we will have the entire top floor. It has it's own side entrance straight into the flat. The neighborhood is really nice, quiet and quite upscale. It's just waiting for people to come in and make it their own, and its very bike friendly!

The rooms available are £450pcm not including bills. We want to live with people we like and possibly know. We are looking for steadily employed people who are looking for a nice mellow, clean, quiet-ish place to call home. Creative minded, cool people etc etc......

If you are interested or know some one who is PM me as soon as possible. We need to find people before the landlord does. He's cool but god only knows who he will pick?!

would suggest putting ad up on moveflat.com and gumtree and stress bike friendly nature - like you say, better to get like minds than leave it to the landlord

If I wasn't heading home for the summer i'd definitely have been up for this.

if you arrange the flatshare yourself, it should be cheaper.

and if you only share with students, (or have individual tenancies) you shouldn't be responsible for council tax.

Ealing is a good place to live & cycle, I live just off the broadway. Lots of good routes around the area.

What a shame, no one is bitting on this. It's such a huge nice place. consider this a bump back to the top. If anyone knows of someone looking let me know!
