Does it have to be 600?
I've got an SX-70AF in user condition I might part with.
The Spectra/Image Pro is a useful tool, as is the ProCam (I got mine off eBay.de for a Euro a couple of years ago).
I've done loads of nice work on Polaroid SX-70/600/Image/i-zone, but they're a royal pain to scan as they're not keen on bending round the drum and the inevitable surface scratching doesn't suit the Creo either.
This is a fantastic book: Instant Light Tarkovsky Polaroids: Giovanni Chiaramonte, Andrey A. Tarkovsky: Amazon.co.uk: Books
as is this: Walker Evans: Polaroids: Amazon.co.uk: Walker Evans, Maria Morris Hambourg, Jeff L. Rosenheim: Books
and this: Warhol Andy - Polaroids, Celebrities and Self-portraits: Francesco Clemente: Amazon.co.uk: Books
(Fuck me I didn't know it was worth that much....) -

Very lovely but ££££
Used mine for a portrait shoot end of last year. 5x4 Fuji readyload.
It was a joy to use and then I had to go to the lab and wait, and push and wait.
Loved it. -

you don't need an 600 specific polaroid to use 600 film, if you got an SX-70 polaroid camera, just cut off the lump at the end of the film box and you're sorted.

600 film production has stopped - my sx-70 sonar is dead now without it :( [didn't need to mod it for 600, just slide a beer mat over the notches]

Or use the darkslide from a film pack to push up the catch as you insert the pack.
And stick a 2 stop ND over the light meter.

much better pics, and blown out corners, vignetting, etc...really nice less than perfect photography.
Just thought I would ask on here before I go buying one on Ebay. Does anyone have one they would be prepared to sell to me?
Cheers
